Get ready Orange County! The Artist Tree has opened the first licensed cannabis dispensary in Laguna Woods, California in just a few weeks. The Artist Tree Laguna Woods will be our 8th retail venue and the first of our stores to open in Orange County. We’re excited to bring The Artist Tree experience to our new friends in the OC!
Our new store will serve the thriving Laguna Woods senior community along with residents of the greater Orange County area, providing a unique destination for culture and cannabis discovery. The space will maintain true to our standards with custom free-standing art displays showcasing the work of local artists, a seamless open floor plan, industrial detailing, custom cabinetry, hardwood floors, and museum-style inlaid glass displays throughout the interior.
Calling all artists
For artists interested in displaying their work, we’re taking submissions for the inaugural exhibit with applications being accepted here.

Cannabis reimagined
The Artist Tree venues go above and beyond just selling cannabis in hopes of serving the surrounding community through events, education, and perhaps most importantly, by fostering creativity.
“We’re thrilled to bring The Artist Tree to the beautiful and creative community of Laguna Woods, and, in particular, to be able to serve the large local senior population,” says founder Lauren Fontein. “We’ve been working closely with local organizations and residents to tailor our art exhibits, in-store offerings, and community benefits efforts to the city’s residents.”
In early summer, The Artist Tree will host a grand opening party and campaign to greet the community and celebrate creativity and cannabis. Stay tuned for more details!
The Artist Tree Laguna Woods will be open daily from 8:00 AM – 9:50 PM at 24902 Moulton Pkwy., Laguna Woods, CA 92637. Shortly after opening, their delivery service will launch. Customers can place online orders for pick up and also check out our Daily Deals.
