June is Pride month and here at The Artist Tree, we’re celebrating early with a special Pride Artist Showcase starting in May. Visitors to all our retail stores and art galleries can enjoy unique works of art by LGBTQ+ identifying artists and allies to the community.
We are excited to share all the ways cannabis and art can bring us together not only during Pride month but in our everyday lives. Art has been a powerful tool for self-expression and activism. Cannabis has often fueled creative expression helping people to connect, create and celebrate their individuality. In many ways, cannabis served as a symbol of rebellion and nonconformity, much like the LGBTQ+ movement.
Today, and every day, we’re inspired to share a message that encourages individuality and inclusivity. The Artist Tree is proud to support the LGBTQ+ by creating safe and inclusive spaces to amplify the voices of creatives. Join us in celebrating at our Pride Artist Showcase at all locations, now until July 31.
