CAN I USE REWARDS ON DISCOUNTS?
Absolutely! Use your dollars off points rewards to take advantage of Daily Deals (up to 50% off select brands). Please note, dollars off points rewards cannot be used to purchase accessories, such as Puffco items.
WHEN DO MY REWARDS EXPIRE?
Points can be used within a one-year period. Your points will be available as long as you shop with us within a 180-day window. If you go longer than six months without a purchase, your balance resets to zero.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY PROFILE?

I’M MISSING POINTS FROM A RECENT ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
